OpenID Connect (OIDC)

This update adds the ability to extend OIDC-authenticated ConsoleWorks sessions past the expiration time via Refresh Tokens if enabled by the OIDC
authentication provider.

This update adds the option to log out a User's OpenID Connect session when that user logs out of ConsoleWorks

This update improves the security of OpenID Connect sessions by passing a randomized, unique identifier as the state parameter when initiating
an OIDC authentication.

This update adds the ability to specify a proxy server for fetching OIDC server Certificate CRL Distribution Point files. Additionally, the
ability to Reload a CRL Distribution Point file is now available through a Reload button on the CRL Distribution Point config page.
