Question:
Why am I getting an "Insufficient Connection Licenses" message? I'm sure I
have enough connections.
Answer:
Occasionally, an abnormal shutdown of the ConsoleWorks server can cause a
situation where not all connections licenses are released from the previous
run. In those cases, restarting both the ConsoleWorks server and the
ConsoleWorks LMF server at the same time will correct the condition. Please
be sure to contact
TDi support so
that we may determine the cause.
